Once you submit your order request, we will contact you to confirm the actual availability of all the parts included in your order. If you cannot find a spare part you are looking for on the website, please feel free to include it in the notes section when placing your order, or contact us via the “Spare Parts Search” section, by email, WhatsApp, or phone. Not all parts currently in stock are listed online, and the website is constantly updated.
You may collect your order directly from our warehouse or choose the courier shipping option for home delivery. In the latter case, shipping costs will be calculated after we receive your order. It is not possible to calculate these costs in advance, as they depend on the type of parts ordered and therefore on the size and weight of the package.
For domestic shipments within Italy, we ship via TNT courier with delivery in 1–2 business days.
International shipments are also handled by courier. The courier used may vary depending on the destination area.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Payment Options:
- Credit Card
Along with a copy of the invoice detailing your purchase, you will receive a Nexi payment link, allowing you to enter your payment details independently and securely.
- Bank Transfer
The invoice copy detailing your purchase will include our bank details for payment. In this case, we kindly ask you to confirm payment by sending us a copy of the bank transfer receipt, in order to speed up shipping times.
- Cash on Delivery (Italy only)
Once your order is ready, you will receive an invoice copy showing the total amount to be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. Please note that shipping costs will be higher with this payment method due to the additional handling required by the courier.
In the event of a return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please always send returned items with a tracking number and ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage. Once the return has been received and inspected, you will receive a refund for the returned items. For any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us — we will be happy to find a solution.
